Join us for a spring evening of impressive food in a beautiful setting
Welcome drinks begin with a chilled glass of prosecco in beautiful Henham Barns. Enjoy the selection of hot and cold luxury canapés whilst chatting.
Proceed into the Main Barn to take your seat for a three course dinner created & cooked by Peter Harrison.
Dinner will be served on our long banqueting tables decorated with local foliage & flowers. You will be seated with your party, next to others whose company we think you may enjoy to create a convivial atmosphere.
Peter Harrison is a popular Suffolk chef, championing local ingredients to produce delicious and inventive crowd-pleasing menus.
The three course menu will reflect seasonal produce availability and be sourced as locally as possible. For example:
Selection of canapés and Prosecco on arrival followed by:
Steamed fillet of sea bream, hot green relish
Salt beef, mustard crust, butter beans, purple sprouting broccoli with tasty accompaniments
Bay leaf pannacotta, pretzel brittle, orange and ginger rhubarb
Vegetarian alternative available
£45 per person
Local Fine Wine merchant, The Suffolk Cellar, with be offering a free tasting of wines selected from their range, paired with our menu. The wines will be available to buy on the evening to enjoy alongside your meal, but please also feel free to bring your own wine. There is no corkage charged either way.
Water and elderflower cordial will be provided for the table.
