It's International Women's Day on Saturday 8th March and I think we should celebrate!

Come and join the Holistic Harmonies Community for 4 hours of shorter and longer songs, all focussed on celebrating Women and the incredible energy they bring to the world.

I love the song I Am Woman by Helen Reddy - I'll try and get that in somewhere too...

Building info:

  • If you haven't been to the studio before, sign in at reception and then wait in the foyer/café area by reception and someone will come to meet you at around 12.50pm
  • If you arrive late for the session, ask one of the receptionist's to take you to Studio 1. You'll need to ring the doorbell to the corridor and someone will come and open the door for you.
  • The studio is accessible for wheelchairs.

Studio info:

  • Shoes must be taken off and put into the storage units to the left
  • There will be an option to sit on the floor or on a stool, feel free to bring with you a cushion/bolster, blanket, slippers... anything to make you more comfortable
  • There is a sink for water in the studio
  • There are accessible toilets nearby
