✨ Time for yourself in a welcoming, relaxed space where you can simply come as you are.
No previous experience of meditation or soundbaths is needed. Just bring an open mind and give yourself the freedom to imagine what your future could look like.

To help you feel settled and get the most from our afternoon together, here are a few little things to know before you arrive.

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in, get comfortable and arrive fully in the space before we begin.

Please bring a pillow and blanket to make yourself cosy and comfortable during our guided meditation and relaxing soundbath.
✨ Your vision board
If there are any particular images, words, quotes or affirmations you’d love to include on your vision board for 2027, please feel free to bring them along. These might reflect your dreams, goals, relationships, health, happiness, travel, abundance or anything else your heart is calling towards.
Most importantly, bring yourself — your hopes, your dreams and an open mind. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want your future to look like. This is simply an opportunity to pause, reflect and give yourself permission to imagine what’s possible. 🤍
