Sound baths are a great way to reduce stress, promoting sleep, relaxation, creativity enhancement, and spiritual development.
This is a space where you can tune out distractions and focus on feeling peace, relaxation, and tranquillity.
Arrive at least 10 mins early to allow yourself to be present and so that we can sage and sign you in.
Please wear warm comfortable clothing.
Yoga mats, blankets and eye masks are provided but are limited in number, if you already have these please bring them with you.
Please bring a pillow/cushion for comfort unfortunately, we do not provide these.
