Join us for a deeply nourishing Sunday Sanctuary Soundbath, a weekly space to pause, reset, and gently transition from the week that has passed into the week ahead.

This session is guided by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments, supporting deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and energetic release. The intention each week is letting go—releasing stress, emotional residue, and mental clutter—while creating space for clarity, calm, and renewed focus.

✨ Suitable for adults and children aged 8+
✨ Not suitable for anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy or anyone with any medical electron devices (pacemaker etc...)
✨ No prior experience needed—simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.

Please bring a mat, blanket, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
