Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. The event will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.
What’s Provided: Yoga mats will be provided.
What to Bring:
A cushion and blanket for comfort
An eye mask to enhance relaxation during meditation and soundbath
A bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the session
Clothing: Wear comfortable, layered clothing suitable for movement and rest.
