For 5-8 year olds. A programme giving young children an early introduction to all the key throwing, jumping and running disciplines involved in athletics. Led by qualified coach Ian Ford in the specialized athletics environment of The Bridge leisure centre's stadium. Note that in the event of very wet weather we move inside to The Tube, an indoor athletics training area next to the track (to the left of the entry gate).

Please bring a drink, a snack and clothing appropriate to both being active and to the prevailing weather conditions.
