A drop-in community yoga workshop for all ages and abilities. Ginny is a yoga teacher and promises this to be a fun and accessible session suitable for all ages and abilities. Ginny uses her background in dance and choreography to create fluid and creative flows that are both challenging and accessible. A great way to unwind at the end of a day.
