House of Trixie Blue have created their first ever festive inspired beginner splits workshop to introduce you to the amazing world of safe splits/flex training.
In this workshop, you will cover the basis of splits training to a festive soundtrack of Christmas spirit.
This workshop is designed for all beginner abilities of flex. No prior experience required.
Advanced/improvers welcome for the additional training benefits and the banter.

What is FlexiBlue?
Why, FlexiBlue is our weekly splits course that our amazing students attend each week to learn and practise safe splitting. We have created this workshop so anyone can have a go, with a little sprinkle of Christmas magic too.

Please note – All workshop fees are non-refundable or transferable (to another day or workshop) upon booking. Refund of the workshop will only be given if the class is cancelled by myself directly, otherwise full payment is required.
