In this workshop, you will cover the basis of splits training to a festive soundtrack of Christmas spirit.
This workshop is designed for all beginner abilities of flex. No prior experience required.
Advanced/improvers welcome for the additional training benefits and the banter.

What is FlexiBlue?
Why, FlexiBlue is our weekly splits course that our amazing students attend each week to learn and practise safe splitting. We have created this workshop so anyone can have a go, with a little sprinkle of Christmas magic too.
