Managing Disciplinary & Grievance Issues

This course will provide you with knowledge and understanding about how to manage disciplinary and grievance cases fairly and in line with school policy.

By the end of the course, you will:
• Understand the legal position and ACAS Code of Practice
• Know the grievance and disciplinary procedures you must follow if you need to conduct a formal investigation
• Understand the difference between capability and conduct
• Understand how to deal with grievances in the workplace, including alternative dispute resolution methods
