Join Michelle for this very special Yin and Yoga Nidra Workshop. We will review the main principles of what it means to practice Yin. We will explore different methods of anchoring our attention to the present within the practice. You'll be invited to notice your breath, observe your body and thoughts to build patience and awareness.
After the Yin we will settle into comfort for the practice of Yoga Nidra. This is a deep guided meditation practice where you will be taken on a journey through the body to the breath and onwards to the liminal space between wakefulness and sleeping, promoting deep rest and rejuvenation for body, mind and soul.
Open to everyone - complete beginners are very welcome!
