Yin Yoga is beautifully compatible with the Summer Season. During the warmer months, we naturally become more physically active, but we need to counterbalance with a Yin practice.
Join Sarah for this harmonising Yin practice that will help you come back to balance.

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
Yoga mat if you have one ( we will provide you one)
Blanket and small pillow (optional for added comfort)
