Phase 5 - Tricks and Tips for AiM Sessions Online

This is an online event.

Joining instructions will be provided after booking.

Details

In this webinar we will explore how to work when "what's missing?" is your hands to palpate and/or influence bones, and observation of an entire dimension!
AiM Instructor Margy Verba has been working online since before COVID, and over the years has developed many tricks to substitute for the lack of hands-on for both sensing and guiding bone motion. She also has tips for how to see the transverse plane which can be quite challenging on a flat screen.

In instances where we might use our hands to generate forces in an in-person session, we can use simple props to generate external forces. In instances where we might use our hands to sense bone motion, we can use simple props to aid our visual observation.

BONUS: these same tricks can be used for assigning homework where the client doesn't have us for bone guidance or observational feedback!
