Join in with a fun session aimed for children and families who want to get active and may struggle with anxiety, depression or other mental health problems. At the same time this builds confidence for all children and isn't limited.
This new scheme is being rolled out in schools in 2026/27 but come play some games, team build and grow confidence.
Wear suitable clothing and trainers. Bring a drink.
