An evening of dance, sound, and stillness to shake off tension, settle the nervous system, and come home to your body.
We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony, opening our hearts and softening the edges of the week before we move into the dance.
🔹 5Rhythms Dance – Guided by Catherine, we move through a 5Rhythms wave. No choreography or pressure—just music, movement, and the freedom to explore. This is your space to shift energy, feel more alive, and reconnect with yourself.
🔹 Gong Sound Bath – After moving, we lie down in stillness. Joe’s artisan gongs (22"–42") create deep, resonant soundscapes designed to soothe the nervous system and invite deep rest.
🔹 Closing Circle – A gentle space to land, integrate, and reflect (or not). Share if you wish. Be silent if you need.
Whether you’re new to movement or sound healing, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

What to Bring

About this practice
5Rhythms is a guided movement practice, not a therapy or treatment. Please move at your own pace and take responsibility for your physical and emotional wellbeing. Rest, modify, or step out whenever you need. This practice is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

Ticket Policy: We don’t offer refunds (admin + hall hire costs make it tricky)
But if you can’t make it, you can:
1️⃣ Sell or gift your ticket-just let us know the new participant’s name.
2️⃣ Transfer your ticket to another session up until 5PM on the day of the dance.

Crew Ticket (Space Angel) – Free
For dancers who can arrive 30 mins early and stay 15 mins after to help open and close the space. You’ll be sweeping the floor, adjusting lights, and supporting general setup and pack down. Your quiet care behind the scenes helps create the container we all move in.This is a mutual exchange: your presence supports the group, and in return, you dance for free.⚠️ Please only select if you are confident in showing up on time and fulfilling the role with care.

For dancers who’d love to offer a small visual installation or altar before class. This might be a few chosen objects, candles, flowers, or anything simple that helps create an intentional space.
