This will be a slightly stronger practice with some deeper stretches and longer, stronger postures/flows.
But of course with a lovely relaxation at the end đź’–
As always, listen to your body and only do what feels right for you.
These classes will be held at the Tarka Clinic in Barnstaple and streamed live on Zoom.
