The Embodied Feminine is a safe space for women to awaken and deepen their embodied aliveness and experience of pleasure in the feminine body. To reveal the depth of who they are. And unveil the layers that hold them back.
Through guided embodied movement, sensual somatic practices, free dance, improvisation, touch and intimate sharing we practice being in a conscious relationship to our experience and expand our capacity to hold more of it in our body.
