Aurora Nova - Floorwork Fundamentals

Have you always wanted to try Aurora's Sexy Floorwork classes but don't know where to start? Or maybe you want to take time to develop your skills in a slower-paced class?

For the first time ever, Aurora is teaching a 4-week Floorwork Fundamentals course, designed to build confidence, strength, and expressive control. This course teaches the foundational techniques that make Sexy Floorwork feel smooth, intentional, and empowering.

Across four progressive sessions, you’ll learn how to transition seamlessly between shapes, support your body safely, and use momentum, weight shifts, and musicality to create movement that feels both strong and expressive. Each week introduces new skills while reinforcing core principles such as grounding, flow, and body awareness.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a toolkit of fundamental floorwork techniques, a deeper connection to your own movement style, and the confidence to explore more advanced choreography in the future.

Suitable for Beginner levels (incl. complete beginner), all genders and bodies / Ages 18+

ILLNESS IN CLASS:

If you are unwell, please stay home. You will not be allowed to enter class if you are unwell with a contagious illness, or you do not know if it's contagious. This is to prevent spreading it to others and the teacher, in class. This applies to ALL illnesses, not just Covid-19.
