Unwind from the classroom in acres of private parkland. For 90 minutes you will be off-curriculum, off-screens and plugged in to the natural world. Come and explore, discover, play, learn, make, create and craft wherever your curiosities take you. These sessions are based on Forest School principles but expect plenty of physical activity as each week, we adventure to a different place around our secure site in Baldersby Park, near Topcliffe. Homemade snack and drinks on arrival.

All seasons
Clothing: Long-sleeved tops and full-length trousers are required to protect against nettles, scratches, and ticks - tracksuit bottoms or leggings are perfect.
Think like an onion! Multiple thin layers (thermal, fleece, jacket) are better than one big coat.
Footwear:
Waterproof wellies or sturdy walking boots are essential.
Top Tip: We love mud! Please send your child in old clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty or snagged.
