Children’s yoga is coming soon to Bendy Bodies Yoga & Mindfulness.
I am currently exploring gentle, age-appropriate children’s yoga classes, workshops and school sessions in Newbury and the surrounding West Berkshire area.
Sessions may include yoga-inspired movement, breathing exercises, stories, games, mindfulness and relaxation, all adapted to suit the children’s age group. No previous yoga experience is needed.
