For those attending their first retreat at the retreat centre.
Gabrielle Martin will facilitate this weekend retreat which will explore the fullness of our emotional landscape. It focuses on emotional empowerment, knowing that I can choose what I think, what I feel, how I frame my experiences and what I create for my future. The retreat will be supported with gentle meditation experiences.
