Live Webinar: Understanding Your Pelvic Floor

In this one hour webinar, guest speaker Samantha Fazio, PT, DPT, PHC, will discuss the basics of pelvic floor anatomy and how the pelvic floor works as part of the core system both before and during pregnancy. We will also review why pelvic floor physical therapy is so important as preventative care. Birthing people will be encouraged to attend pelvic floor PT as a way to prepare for delivery and ultimately make postpartum recovery easier!
