Join us for our Lambing Event 2026 and meet the newest additions to the Box Moor Trust flock! This is a fantastic opportunity to see adorable lambs with their mothers, learn about the vital role of sheep in land management, and discover the different breeds we care for.

Due to high demand, entry is limited, and we are running two sessions per day. Secure your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment! There will also be the option to book a parking space this year, so remember to book a car park ticket too!
Entry times
Sessions will take place from 10am-12pm, and 12.45-2.45pm on 22nd March 2026
We ask for a £5 voluntary donation for adults and £2.50 for children. Donations help us to run events like this and to manage the Box Moor Trust Estate for everyone to enjoy, as well as give those who cannot afford to do so the opportunity to visit these events for free.

👶 Expectant Mothers: We strongly advise pregnant women not to enter the lambing barns, as contact with pregnant ewes may pose a risk.
👦 Children: Must be supervised by an adult at all times.

🚗Please note that parking for this event is limited and pre-booking is essential.
Main Parking: Available at Westbrook Hay School. You must purchase a free car park ticket if you wish to use the car park at Westbrook hay school

🚐 Getting to the Lambing Barns:
We’ll have free shuttle minibuses running throughout the day from both car parks. However, as space is limited, we encourage those who can to enjoy a scenic walk via the nature trail from Westbrook hay school car park to the Lambing barns. Blue badge holders will be given priority on the minibuses. Wheelchair users must contact us before booking so we can arrange alternative parking, which will be strictly limited.

Snooks End is conveniently located near bus stops for the 501, 502, and X5 routes.
🚦 If arriving on foot via London Road, please be mindful of traffic when crossing.
