This is a class suitable for all levels as I will offer options to those who want something a little more spicy.
We’ll move through a soothing yoga flow, connect with the breath to ground and uplift, and close with a peaceful lavender-infused meditation. During relaxation, I offer soft, optional adjustments to the neck and shoulders for those who wish to receive a little extra release.
End your week with presence, ease, and a sense of renewal.
What to bring and know before you arrive
Please bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water so you can stay hydrated throughout the practice.
There’s parking on nearby, making it easy to arrive and settle in.
Doors close at 10:00 so we can begin without any disturbance, so please aim to arrive by 9:55 at the latest to give yourself time to get comfortable and grounded before we start.
