A whole body approach to return to exercise following pregnancy
Regain connection to the deep core and pelvic floor for a safe return to exercise.
8 weeks of gentle progression. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Weekly home workout sent out to the group for those who would like to do a version a home. GP clearance letter required.
Wear comfortable clothing. Take plenty of water
Breastfeeding in classes is welcome.
