A supportive class for Dads to get together have a cuppa and learn some baby yoga moves designed to support parent and baby bond.
We will discuss the benefits for the baby and the parent throughout classs.
Suitable for babies 8 weeks to 12 months
Teas/coffees and light refreshments included
Please wear loose comfy clothes
We will barefoot during the baby yoga session
