Bring an idea or question you would like time to explore. Led by The LAB’s Lead Artist Sarah Blanc, this relaxed, facilitated studio session begins with a group check-in and directed warm-up before giving you protected time to work on your own practice alongside other artists. No finished outcome is expected. Places are limited to six.
The Lab is for D/deaf, disabled and neurodivergent early-career dance artists aged 18 and over who are based in the UK.
You might describe yourself as a dancer, performer, maker or choreographer - or you might still be exploring how you describe your practice. You do not need to have followed a particular training route or professional pathway.
Please ensure that you are wearing comfortable clothing that you can move in, and bring water to stay hydrated.
Cancellations & Refunds:
To streamline administrative tasks for our small team, we are unable to provide refunds or transfer bookings for cancellations or non-attendance at a session. However, in the event of a cancellation or change initiated by Candoco, we will facilitate refunds or transfers for all affected bookings. Therefore, if a session is cancelled due to technical issues within one hour of its starting time, a full refund will be offered.
