Join me for a 45 minute feel good mat Pilates class at the Craws Nest Collective in Currie. Please bring your own mat to use, all other equipment will be provided. This is a one off taster class, with the first brand new block starting in January.
There is free parking outside the venue. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class start time.
