These classes invite adults from all backgrounds, regardless of experience, to explore movement and the freedom dance brings us, in a safe and friendly space.
The class works through a range of short exercises, building towards a longer sequence towards the end. Roll down, body swings, corner work and floor work make up the body of the class, top and tailed with a warm/cool down.
