Pregnancy yoga with guided meditation followed by a hypnobirthing introduction, positive birth prep and making a vision board. Ticket includes brews and craft materials.
Wear comfy clothes, bring a yoga mat and cushion. My classes are relaxed and friendly, don’t worry if you’re a bit late, we have an informal chat before we start the class.
