Join us for our weekly Mat Pilates session designed to strengthen, lengthen, and align.
Whether you are joining us for a single drop-in, using your 3-class pass, or committed to the full 6-week term, each session is structured to provide a challenging yet accessible workout. We use a mix of classic Joseph Pilates exercises and modern movement science to ensure you leave feeling energized and balanced.
Please bring your own exercise mat and a water bottle.
Health & Pregnancy: This class is not suitable for those who are currently pregnant. If you have any injuries, recent surgeries, or medical conditions, please notify the instructor via email or upon arrival.
If you are using a Single or 3-Class pass, please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations to retain your credit.
