Magical floating Lake Soundbath

Please note there is an optional swim after the event, you can swim by paying £10 in cash directly to the lake.

NOTE RE WEATHER
We are always subject to the weather. In the event of conditions we cannot float, the soundbath will still go ahead and take place in the forest.
Please bring a yoga mat pillow and blanket it that event.

Only when you are there put in a three sisters waterski club in or just follow the track till you go over a bridge and hit silver gates on the left
You must be able to swim 20 metres in able to participate in the floating soundbath. Life jackets can be provided upon request.

It is not anticipated that you will get wet but accidents do happen so please bring a change of clothes and towel.

Please bring a yoga mat in case of rain. Pillow, blanket, warm clothes and a drink. Please note the event will not be cancelled and there would be in place a Soma breath session in the enchanted forest followed by a forest soundbath

🌿 General Sound Bath Contraindications
These apply whether on land or water:

Pregnancy (especially first trimester) Sound vibrations can be quite intense, particularly with gongs. It’s not always unsafe, but it’s best to proceed gently or seek medical guidance.
Epilepsy or seizure disorders Certain frequencies and deep relaxation states may potentially trigger seizures in sensitive individuals.
Severe mental health conditions People experiencing acute anxiety, psychosis, PTSD, or severe depression may find the altered state overwhelming rather than calming.
Sound sensitivity / sensory disorders Some individuals may feel discomfort, agitation, or even anxiety with certain tones or volumes.
Pacemakers or serious heart conditions Strong vibrations (especially from gongs) may interfere or feel uncomfortable—medical advice is recommended.
Recent surgery or physical injury Vibrations can sometimes feel intense in the body and may not be suitable during early healing.
Hearing aids High frequencies can sometimes cause discomfort or feedback—these may need to be removed.
