Linear, gentle walk from the Bottle and Glass in Binfield Health to beautiful Bones Wood, on flat, soft terrain. We will focus on being relaxed and strong, making simple postural tweaks and gentle movement, focusing on our neck.
We can share a drink afterwards for those who are able/want to (not included in the price of the walk)
We will meet at the start of the footpath, near the Bottle and Glass car park.
