Get ready to move and groove to the upbeat music of Christella Litras and experience themes of heritage, community and belonging through dance.
In this class, you'll learn extracts from Sharon Watson’s choreography, which was originally performed by six women aged 50+ as part of The Museum of Colour Programme. The class will be adaptable with seated and standing options, so everyone can participate. The session will be followed by a cuppa & chat + screening of "Ageless". (Please note the class will be filmed)
