Abracadabra Halloween Dance Class (STREET - Strode College Sports Centre)

ADVISORY
By participating in this class, you, the participant(s) do so at your own risk and agree to the following sensible precautions:

HEALTH & SAFETY
1.) You are in good physical health, are able to dance and will dance at your own pace.
2.) If you feel unwell at any time whilst dancing during the class, you will cease activity immediately.
3.) For any participants aged under 16, an appropriate adult (parent/carer aged 18+) must be present in the room at the same time.
4.) If the participant(s) is/are unable to follow the instructors instructions they should cease the class immediately until it is possible to ask the instructor for further guidance.
5.) You agree that Danceanna™ will not be held legally responsible for any injuries you may sustain whilst dancing.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER:
By proceeding with this booking, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that could be aggravated by dance or exercise. If you are unsure, you should consult a doctor before participating. Danceanna™ is not responsible for any undisclosed medical conditions or injuries sustained as a result of participation.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Rules of conduct. You agree that you will, and (if relevant) any guests that accompany you will:

6.) Show consideration for other members, guests, visitors and staff
7.) not use abusive, offensive or foul language;
8.) not behave in a way that is violent, offensive or threatening to any other member, their guests, visitors or the staff
9.) not be under the influence of illegal drugs and/or alcohol
10.) not behave in an anti-social or disruptive manner, including but not limited to inappropriate or threatening behaviour, misuse of equipment or sexual or illegal activities.

VIDEO CONTENT
The video content is owned by Dancanna™. It is not permitted to post any video content from the dance class without written permission from Danceanna™. All rights are reserved with regards to the video dance class and choreography created by Danceanna™.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel with 24 hours of the scheduled class due to unforeseen circumstances, please send an email to anna@danceanna.com and we will issue you with a credit for a future class.

In the event due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to hold the dance class you will be eligible for a credit to be used for a future class.
