Join me for an hour of sound and meditation in the Abersoch village hall.
A Sound bath is an opportunity for you to take some time out and unplug for a moment. Bring blankets, yoga mats, cushions and warm clothing to nestle down and get comfy, ready to close your eyes and allow the sound and vibrations of various instruments to gently wash over you as you drift to a peaceful and tranquil place.
A sound bath is a form of meditation that guides listeners into a deep state of relaxation, sounds created with the intention and purpose for healing can help the body release stress and tension, improve sleep, boost your mood, and elevate feelings of spiritual well-being. Helping you to rest and restore balance bringing you a deep sense of peace in mind, body and spirit.
(There is no movement involved, so this is suitable for all ages)
Both men and women welcome.
Some health condition are contraindications for sound baths, these are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers and metal implants, if you have any health concerns please contact Laura on 07485095715.
Parking is free on the hill, or there is the national trust car park just around the corner.
Bring water bottles, blankets, cushions, and whatever else you need to get cosy and comfortable for an hour of relaxation.
