A Soundbath is an opportunity for you to unplug from everyday life for a moment.
A form of meditation where the sound and vibrations of various instruments guide you into a deep state of relaxation, sounds created with the intention and purpose for healing can help the body release stress and tension, improve sleep, boost your mood, and elevate feelings of spiritual well-being. Helping you to rest and restore balance bringing you a deep sense of peace in mind, body and spirit.
(There is no movement involved, so this is suitable for all ages)
Both men and women welcome
Bring blankets, yoga mats, cushions and warm clothing to nestle down and get comfortable ready to close your eyes and drift off to a peaceful and tranquil place.
Please try to arrive 5 - 10min before start to get yourself comfortable.
There isnt any Parking available at the Vaynol. But there are spaces along the road and down on the harbour.
Bring water, blankets, cushions, yoga mats, sleeping bags, eye masks, a chair if you wish, whatever else you need to get cosy and comfortable for an hour of relaxation.
Some health condition are contraindications for sound baths, these are pregnancy 1st and 3rd trimester, epilepsy, pacemakers and metal implants, if you have any health concerns please contact Laura on 07485095715

Monday evening Soundbath
Thankyou for booking your space on Monday evening's Soundbath, 6 - 7pm at the Pilates Studio Morfa Nefyn.Remember your blankets and cushions. The Studio is next door to Claremont garage on lon isaf, Morfa Nefyn. There is a bus stop just infront of it.Please arrive 5min before to set up your space and get comfortable.Please be aware the parking is limited at the Studio, however there is parking at the park just down the road on the left towards Nefyn, or along the street. So please give yourself enough time.I look forward to seeing you on Monday evening.Laura x
