Ever wondered what separates a good pizza from a great one? Join Devour's Executive Head Chef, Carl Frost, for a half-day deep dive into the art of proper Italian pizza. He'll take you through the basics (and not-so-basics) of creating your own dough, understanding the science behind what makes it perfect, mastering a simple, silky passata, and vigorously debating the endless combinations of fresh, seasonal toppings that make this humble street bite one of the most loved regional foods in the world.

You'll also get a hands-on demo on the basics of mozzarella making , learning how this classic fresh cheese is stretched and shaped before it lands on top of your pizza.

Enjoy your freshly baked pizza together with your fellow classmates on the day, with a drink to accompany it, and take home a batch of your own pizza dough to try again at home.

Course includes:

  • A glass of wine or bottled beer on arrival
  • All ingredients to make your pizza and equipment
  • Step-by-step guidance from Devour's Executive Head Chef, Carl Frost
  • A hands-on demo on mozzarella making
  • Eat your pizza together with your classmates, with a drink to accompany it
  • Take home your own pizza dough to try at home
