Clubhouse open for all on Friday night.Saturday night is Pasta night, salad and garlic bread. Charged at cost OR if you prefer Fish and Chips, or Chinese. You order and pay the marshals, we will collect and serve, so all eat together. The choice is yours. The bar will not be open, so bring your own drinks on both nights.When you book please tell us your preferred choice of supper to give us a guide line.
Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your rally details.
Arrival & Check-in:
Follow the EYC signs when approaching the site. On arrival, check in with your rally marshals who will guide you to your pitch.
What to bring:
Your membership card and your own refreshments for socials.
Payments:
Any balance or extra night fees are payable on arrival.
