EmBodhi warmly invites you to our deeply nourishing & stress-busting Sound Medicine Journey on @ EmBodhi Wellbeing Studio from 7pm.
This month we find some stillness amidst the summer chaos...space for you to find some rest and respite to empower your journey through this active cycle.
Come and be nourished, nurtured and held in a sanctuary of deep rest and peace 🙏 there will be laughter, warm company, friendship and good food...the perfect antidote to stress!
Doors will open at 7pm to give you opportunity to set up your space and settle, for a 7.15pm prompt start...doors will be closed at this time.
We will take some time to settle and unwind...releasing tension, from body and mind, with a very gentle stretch and some breathwork, suitable for EVERY body😃
This will be followed by a Healing Sound Medicine Journey - a beautifully crafted soundscape where you will be bathed and soothed by the sounds of the gong, singing bowls, drum, chimes and instruments from around the world. There will be etheric and healing mantra, incantations and vocals - interwoven with the sounds of nature and of far off distant lands, connecting to the voices of our ancestors and to speaking to our soul.
We will end with a cuppa and tasty treats (GF and Vegan) with some time to share and socialise until around 9.30pm (or later for those that want to stay for a bit.

These sessions fill up quickly and spaces are limited, so tickets must be booked in advance to secure your space. If you are experiencing financial difficulties and feel called to this work at this time, please do get in touch so that I may support you to attend.
Please bring everything you need to make a comfy nest...mat, blankets, cushions etc. I do have some available in the studio if needed.

As you turn into Trethorne Leisure Farm, please take the right turning as the road forks (don't turn into the Golf Club, follow the sign for Leisure Farm and Penbode Vets).
Follow on past the turning for the car park for Trethorne Leisure Farm & bowling and follow the signs for Penbode Vets, keeping left as the road splits....
As you follow this road, EmBodhi is the first barn you'll see on your right with the 5mph sign outside (you'll see the goose and duck house to your left). You'll see some prayer flags hanging outside and my white VW Caddy parked up.
Parking is located just after the barn, next to Penbode Vets, please park here or, if this car park is busy, you can park in the leisure farm car park which is a 2 min walk to the barn.
