We are so honoured to welcome you into The Energy Balance Circle, an intimate six-week healing container, lovingly created for just 10 women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, deepen their spiritual journey, and experience profound energetic transformation.

This is more than a healing programme. It is a sacred space to pause, soften and be held. Together, we will journey through a carefully curated blend of powerful healing modalities, each designed to gently release outdated emotional patterns, restore balance to your energy system, and reconnect you with your authentic self.

Over six weeks, you will be supported by a circle of like-minded women, creating a beautiful sense of community, connection and shared healing. Together, we will gently explore and embody the qualities associated with the Divine Feminine;
intuition, compassion, receptivity, creativity, authenticity and inner wisdom.
Within this nurturing space, there is an invitation to soften, reconnect with your true essence, and allow old patterns and limiting beliefs to gently fall away as you step into greater balance and alignment.

Our Journey Together

Week 1 – The Sacred Arrival.
We open with a sacred tea ritual to cement our intentions for the journey ahead.

Pranic Healing & Sound Healing
We begin by cleansing and balancing your energy body, releasing stagnant energy and creating the foundations for the journey ahead. Crystal singing bowls and sound frequencies will support deep relaxation and energetic integration.

Week 2 –

Crystal Healing Meditation
Immerse yourself in the healing vibration of crystals through a guided meditation, allowing your body, mind and soul to soften, receive and restore harmony from within.

Week 3

Kundalini Activation
A gentle yet powerful energy transmission designed to awaken your innate life force, expand consciousness, increase self-awareness and support deep emotional release.

Week 4 –

Crystal Healing Chakra Balancing
Experience the loving, high-frequency healing of Angelic Reiki, inviting peace, compassion and deep energetic nourishment while creating space for healing on every level.

Week 5 – Closing Ceremony & Mini Retreat Evening (Extended Session)3 hours.

Our final gathering is a beautiful extended evening of healing and celebration. Together we will honour the journey you’ve taken, reflect on your transformation, and complete the container with intention and gratitude.

A space for every woman to be invited to be seen, heard and witnessed exactly as she is. We honour one another’s journeys with compassion, presence and without judgement, creating a space where authentic conversations, meaningful insights and genuine connection can naturally unfold. Often, the wisdom shared within the circle becomes just as healing as the energy work itself.

The 6 week container is £300.00 and can be paid in instalments monthly. A deposit of £100 is required to secure your place.
