Just like flowers need nourishment to bloom, so do you. Honour the Spring Equinox, tend to yourself and move forward into the coming season with a sense of balance and renewal.
Claire, a qualified yoga teacher and physiotherapist, will guide us through gentle breathwork and a yin yoga sequence, whilst Lauren plays the harmonising and ethereal crystal singing bowls.
Yin postures are held for 3-5 minutes using props to support. The intention is to relax the muscles and let the connective tissue (joints, ligaments & fascia) take the stress. This helps improve circulation, energy flow, range of motion and sustainability.
A homemade vegan lunch is included to nourish your body, mind and soul.
Expect oracle cards and a little spring equinox ritual to feel into the next season. Finishing with guided meditation and soundbath to rest and digest.
Suitable for beginners or those who have a regular practise
Mat and props provided, though you may choose to bring your own cushion/blanket.
Free Parking is available behind High Corn Mill for the duration of the session (ignore the 90 minute sign), you just need to enter your registration number when you arrive at the studio.
Please note that bookings are none refundable.
If you have any questions at all just get in touch :)
