This 2½-hour women’s workshop celebrates International Women’s Day and the gentle transition into Spring: a time to reset, rebalance and reconnect with your natural rhythms.
Through dynamic, aroma-infused movement, mindful rituals and deep rest, we’ll share supportive self-care tools for hormonal balance, mood-boosting and seasonal wellbeing using therapeutic-grade essential oils.
