Bring your family closer together—up in the air! In this fun and supportive Aerial Sling class, Hayley helps families connect through movement, laughter, and shared adventure. Designed for parents, children, and caregivers of all experience levels, this class uses the aerial sling to build trust, confidence, communication, and creativity together.
Families will learn beginner-friendly aerial poses, partner activities, gentle conditioning, and playful sequences that encourage teamwork and quality time in a unique environment. Whether you’re flying side-by-side, helping each other balance, or simply cheering one another on, every class is focused on making meaningful memories while staying active together.
No experience needed—just come ready to move, play, and enjoy time as a family!
Instrukciók
Clothing & Jewelry Policy
To help protect our aerial sling fabric and keep everyone safe, please wear clothing that will not snag, scratch, or damage the material. Avoid items with zippers, buttons, rhinestones, sharp embellishments, metal accents, or exposed Velcro. Jewelry, watches, belts, and long acrylic nails should also be removed before class.
Participants should wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing that allows movement while covering the backs of the knees and underarms for comfort on the fabric. Clean bare feet or grip socks are recommended. Thank you for helping us keep our equipment safe and in great condition for everyone!
