Yoga is an ancient discipline from India that focuses on physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. In this Yoga circle we will practice a series of Asanas (yoga postures) to move, stretch and strengthen the whole body, using mudras (hand gestures) while focusing on our breath and calming the mind. Every circle ends with a beautiful relaxation that will leave you feeling rested, refreshed and grounded. You'll get that sparkly yoga feeling even from your very first session!
