Wind Down is a brand new mellow, stretchy evening yoga class combining slow, unhurried movement, comfortable stretches, breathwork and relaxation. Designed to help you ease everyday stiffness and tension, it offers a calmer way to move and settle towards the end of the day.
Each class will have a different focus, with simple movements and stretches to help you reconnect with your body and breath. Options will be offered throughout, so you can explore what feels comfortable without forcing or needing to keep up with complicated sequences.
Wind Down is suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga after a break, or anyone who prefers a slower and softer style of practice. You don’t need to be flexible or have any previous yoga experience.
You’ll leave feeling looser, calmer and more at ease in your body.
Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. To boost your comfort and support, think about packing 2 yoga bricks and a block. For added coziness in any class, you might like to bring along a blanket and an eye pillow!

Consecutive weekly classes for Wind Down at Houlton (£8 per class). By booking a block of classes, you are receiving a discounted price for a place in that class.
