Then, under the open sky, you’ll wander through a Walking Meditation — a return to the present moment. Feel the earth beneath your feet, notice the dance of light and shadow, and rediscover the quiet magic in the ordinary. 🌳👣

A nourishing shared lunch offers space to rest, connect, and simply be — held in community, without rush or expectation. 🥗🍓

In the afternoon, you’ll step into a playful and liberating improvisation session filled with improv games, silly scenes, and imaginative exploration — a space where laughter leads, self-judgment softens, and you’re free to express yourself with curiosity and joy. 🎨🕊️

As the day deepens, you’ll be immersed in a Sound Bath Journey combined with Quantum activation and Reiki healing — a cocoon of vibration and stillness. Reiki energy will be softly offered throughout the journey — a gentle, supportive presence that works intuitively with your body’s natural energy flow. It helps to restore balance, clear energetic blockages, and invite a deep sense of calm, allowing you to receive exactly what you need in the moment.
