Immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience where guided relaxation and sound therapy come together to promote stillness, balance, happiness, and emotional wellbeing. HypnoSounds is designed to gently guide you into a state of profound relaxation, helping you reconnect with yourself and create space for healing, clarity, and inner calm.

This unique 60-minute journey combines approximately 10-15 minutes of guided relaxation with an extended immersive sound therapy experience. As soothing frequencies and vibrations wash over you, you may feel stress and anxiety melt away, while the mind and body settle into deep rest and restoration.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session begins to allow yourself time to settle in fully. Mats and cushions are provided — simply bring water, warm socks, and a cosy blanket for maximum comfort. Cheaper tickets are available for those who wish to bring their own mat, cushions and blankets.
