This class aims to use vocal exercises and song to promote connection to self, others and nature. We will learn songs inspired by seasons, cycles and our collective experience. As well as singing you can expect grounding exercises, short meditations, movement, sound baths, lying on the floor. This group is new and we will be experimenting with what makes us feel good! Led by Julia Turner.

Come as you are, bring joy, grief, energy, exhaustion etc. It's all welcome in the space and my intention is that you will be able to find a way to be in the class that supports your needs on any given day. It's a yoga studio with great lighting and big windows with views over Bedminster. There are mats available to lie on, there's space to move, there's an outside area where you can get a breath of fresh air - it's a really lovely space and I hope we can make full use of it.
